NEWSALERT: Indiabulls Power files red herring prospectus

Realty firm Indiabulls Real Estate today said its subsidiary Indiabulls Power has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Registrar of Companies on October 1 in relation to its initial public offer (IPO).

The company filed its prospectus with the office of Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana, New Delhi, on October 1 in relation to its IPO, Indiabulls Real Estate said in a filing to BSE.
