PNB net profit surges 31% to Rs 927 cr

Punjab National Bank reported a 31.09 per cent rise in its net profit of Rs 926.96 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2009 as compared to Rs 707.09 crore in the same quarter previous year.

Total Income has increased from Rs 5,313.18 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 to Rs 6,075.86 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2009.
