Ravimohan appointed RBI nominee director of BOI

He replaces P K Panda with immediate effect

Government has nominated the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Bhopal, P R Ravimohan as the RBI nominee director of Bank of India (BOI) with immediate effect.

"Bank of India has informed BSE that Government of India has nominated P R Ravimohan, Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Bhopal as RBI Nominee Director of the bank in place of P K Panda with immediate effect and until further orders," the bank said in a BSE filing today.

The shares of the bank traded at Rs 260.45 a piece on the BSE in noon trade, up 0.83% from the previous close.
