Simplex Infra bags Rs 630 cr Dubai order

Simplex Infrastructures Ltd today announced that it has bagged an order Rs 630 crore for construction of the second tower of the Twin-Tower Complex in Dubai. The project is scheduled to be executed over the next 30 months.
 
The project is a 56-storied commercial tower that will come up in a 1 million sq ft area. Simplex Infrastructures Ltd had also secured the order for the construction of the residential tower in he area in a contract worth Rs 587 crore.
 
Amitabh Das Mundhra, Director, Simplex Infrastructures Ltd, said, "We are proud to have bagged another prestigious order in the Middle East. This project would provide impetus to us in further capitalizing on the emerging prospects in the national and international markets. With the business growing at over 50 per cent, we expect about 25 per cent revenue from overseas operations."
