Sobha launches back to work programme for women

Programme designed as a three month internship for women professionals keen to resume their careers post marriage

Sobha Limited, the Bengaluru-based property developer, will be offering a returnee internship programme in association with JobsForHer, a connecting portal for women looking to return to work after a break.

Designed as a three month internship for women professionals keen to resume their careers post marriage, motherhood, elderly care and other personal breaks, the company said in a statement.

Under this programme, women returnees can take up a three month internship at Sobha with a stipend. Through this association, the company plans to induct right talent across its verticals, primarily sales and marketing.
