Sobha pledges 4.3 mn shares with Swiss bank

Real estate developer Sobha Developers has pledged 4.3 million shares or about 5.9 per cent of its equity to Switzerland-based Bank Sarsin & Co.

Company in communique to stock exchanges has said, now bank holds 13.7 stakes in company through pledged shares.
