The hotel, to be located in Yeshwantpur, is scheduled to open by April 1, 2009 and will be operated under the Taj Business Hotels brand.

The Taj has been associated with Naveen Hotels for over 25 years and are also partners in the Taj Residency, Bangalore. With new hotels in Yeshwantpur and in ITPL-Bangalore (ITPB) in Whitefield, the Taj now has two new business hotels under development in Bangalore.

Designed by international design consultants, the new hotel will include a commercial complex and residential blocks. Spread over a 4.5-acre plot, the hotel will be a 12-storey structure with 350 rooms.

The hotel will include three restaurants, one bar and banqueting space of about 22,000 sq ft.
