TeamLease looks to hire heavily in Rajasthan

TeamLease Services Private Ltd, one of the country's largest staffing solutions organisations, is recruiting heavily in Rajasthan. The firm currently has 2,000 associates in the state and is planning to add 5,000 by the end of 2006-07.

According to the recently released TeamLease Employment Outlook Survey, it is the FMCG and manufacturing firms that are recruiting. Sales and marketing job profiles are in huge demand in these sectors.

Vice-President Rituparna Chakravarty said: "Recent trends suggest companies are looking for skilled workers on the basis of assignment."
