TTPS runs on 93% PLF

The Talcher Thermal Power Station of NTPC Limited has topped the list of company’s power stations in various parts of the country in terms of Plant Load Factor (PLF) during the current fiscal till October 31, 2012. The power station generated 2194.83 Million Unit (MU) with a PLF of 92.90 per cent during the period from April to October, 2012. The 460 MW plant achieved a record monthly generation of 351.098 MU with a PLF of 102.59 % in October, 2012.
