Unitech board nod for 12:1 bonus

The board of directors of Unitech, which met today, approved a proposal to issue bonus shares in the ratio of 12:1 i.e 12 bonus shares for every share held.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the board also approved a proposal for sub-division of existing equity shares of Rs 10 each into five shares of Rs 2 each.
