VIP Industries to sell Satara plant
VIP Industries today informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors has given in principle approval for sale of its manufacturing unit in Satara district of Maharashtra.
The value of the unit has been estimated at Rs 4.7 crore. VIP Industries had discontinued manufacturing operations from the unit in December 2007.
