Yatra to hold 49% in JV with Kolte Patil

In yet another private equity deal, the Euronext-listed real estate investment firm Yatra Capital will pick up 49 per cent in a JV with Kolte Patil Developers, a realty developer, for ¤21.6 million .
 
This is Yatra Capital's first investment out of the 100 million euro funds that it raised from listing in Amsterdam-based Euronext in December last year. The JV will initially develop premium residential properties in Bavdhan, Khondwa, Kharadi in Pune.
 
Commenting on this investment, Sir Nigel Broomfield, Chairman, Yatra Capital, said, "We are very pleased to announce our first investment in India which is a joint venture with a leading, experienced and internationally accredited real estate partner, Kolte Patil Developers.
