A city court today framed charges against eight accused in the gang rape and subsequent death of a college girl at Kamduni on June seven, which had led to a public outrage in West Bengal.Additional sessions judge at Bankshall Court, Sanchita Sarkar framed charges against the eight accused who were arrested following the heinous crime.
