RS select committee includes PM under Lok Pal

The Congress-led United Progressive Alliance had a setback, as the Rajya Sabha select committee on the Lok Pal Bill has recommended bringing the prime minister under the ambit of the anti-graft law. The PM, however, is exempted from the anti-graft law on issues of atomic energy, internal security, defence and international affairs.
