AI plane with 52 on board lands under emergency conditions

A Silchar-Guwahati Air India plane with 52 people on board landed under emergency conditions at the Lokopriya Gopinath Bordoli International airport here today.

All the 48 passengers and four crew members in the plane were safe, Air India sources said.  The aircraft had developed some technical snag forcing it to land at the airport, the sources added.
