Anywhere Banking From Syndicate Bank In Twin Cities

Syndicate Bank launched its centralised banking solution (CBS) in the twin cities on Saturday. With this, the customers of the bank can avail of the anywhere, anytime banking services.

The bank is planning to launch the CBS facility in Puttaparthi, Vijayawada, Tirupathi and Visakhapatnam shortly. Announcing this here, the bank's chairman and managing director, Michael Bastian said the bank is providing new technology based products like global debit-cum-ATM card, instant money transfer across various cities, roaming current and savings account facility etc.

New features like premium savings bank account with sweep in and sweep out facility are being added to existing products, Bastian added.

 

The bank also launched a global debit card here on Saturday in association with Visa International. Over 56,000 merchant establishments in the country and 10 million plus across the globe would honour the card.

The cardholder can withdraw money in local currency in more than 80,000 ATMs across the globe. B S Murthy, the GM (IT), and TV Madhusoodhan, the GM for Hyderabad zone, were also present at the function.
