BoM gives Rs 2.51 crore for drought relief

Bank of Maharashtra (BoM) said it has contributed an amount of Rs 2.51 crore, towards Chief Minister's Relief Fund (Drought - 2013) for drought relief for the State of Maharashtra.
It has also taken various initiatives including sanction of fresh loans to the existing as well as new borrowers to resume productive activities immediately, restructuring of existing loans with further extended repayment period up to 5 years and providing affected farmers with diverse type of term loans amongst others.
