Economic Outlook Grim: Pm

Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee today said the condition of the economy left much to be desired and politics had stalled the process of economic reforms. He asserted that his government was ready to embrace unpopularity to bring the economy back on the track.

Summing up the debate on presidential address in the Rajya Sabha, Vajpayee sounded grim while talking about economic issues.
