Kohinoor Mill land sold for Rs 421cr

The auction by National Textile Corporation for the 4.8 acre Kohinoor Mill No 3 land in Dadar area has been won by city-based Kohinoor CTN for Rs 421 crore.

Kohinoor CTN is jointly owned by former Lok Sabha Speaker Manohar Joshi and Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray's nephew Raj Thackeray.

Three bids were submitted for the prime land. The second highest bid was Rs 411.11 crore by Varun Industries and the third bid was for Rs 355 crore by Akruti Nirman.
