Maharashtra Not Denied World Bank Loan : Cm

The World Bank is expected to allocate Rs 536 crore out of a total requirement of Rs 1,398 crore by Maharashtra under the Tenth Five Year Plan outlay, state chief minister Vilasrao Deshmukh said.

Deshmukh, on Monday, dismissed as unfounded the reports that said the state government was denied any further financial assistance by the World Bank.
