Minister Calls For Greater Co-Operation Among Saarc Nations

The state commerce and industries minister, Nirupam Sen called for greater co-operation among the Saarc countries.

Speaking at the Saarc conference on economic co-operation organised by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) in association with Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Sen said that the eastern region of India is a natural business corridor for neighbouring countries.

He specifically mentioned the use of natural gas from Bangladesh.
