Ministry Gets Tough On Recovering Seb Dues

The Union power ministry has finally decided to turn the heat on states that have huge outstandings to central public sector undertakings (CPSUs). The Cabinet, which is scheduled to meet tomorrow, will take a decision on the one-time settlement scheme for the Rs 40,000 crore outstandings of state electricity boards to the CPSUs.
