RGESS-too complex for a first-time investor?

The government on Friday approved the Rajiv Gandhi Equity Saving Scheme (RGESS), announced in the Union Budget, to provide tax incentives for individuals with an annual income of less than Rs 10 lakh. Market experts say the scheme is too complicated for first-time equity investors and there are some unanswered questions:
