Talks Have No Effect On Pakistan: Advani

BJP president L K Advani said yesterday that the ongoing bilateral talks between India and Pakistan have failed to bring any positive change in Islamabads attitude.
He accused the Centre of adopting a weak-kneed foreign policy in the name of Gujral doctrine.
The recent secretary-level talks and restoration of hotline between the prime ministers of both the countries have not brought any positive change, he told newsmen here before leaving on his Swarn Jayanti Rath Yatra to Punjab.
