Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will visit China on Tuesday. Over the past decade, bilateral relations have improved. This will be the first time since 1954 when the prime ministers of the two countries would be visiting each other in the same year. In May, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang had visited New Delhi.
