Wall St rallies; ADRs shine

The Dow Jones industrial average surged 127 points to 13,535. The Nasdaq rallied 29 points to 2632.

Indian ADRs, too, ended with smart gains. MTNL soared 2.5% to $7.95. Infosys, Satyam, Wipro, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, VSNL, Tata Motors and Dr.Reddy's advanced 1-2% each to $51, $25.08, $15.70, $50.05, $86, $23.63, $16.64 and $16.42, respectively.
