Wall Street slips, ADRs mixed

The Dow Jones industrial average slipped 36 points to 11,345. The Nasdaq dropped 16 points to 2148.

Indian ADRs ended on a mixed note. Patni Computers zoomed over 11% to $17.20. Infosys and Satyam were the only other notable gainers. Dr.Reddy's slipped nearly 2% to $31.31. MTNL shed 1.4% to $6.55, and Tata Motors was down 1% at $18.44.

The crude oil futures for September delivery moved up $1.31 to settle at $72.45 a barrel on the NYMEX.
