Dollar ends flat against rupee

 

 

The US currency ended barely steady against the rupee, with the Indian unit quoting at Rs.48.59/60 per dollar at close of trade. The  rupee had closed at 48.58/60 in the previous trading session.

The pound finished higher at Rs 70.72/74 apiece at the close of the Interbank Foreign Exchange (Forex) market here today.
