Drt Notice To Essar On Indusind Application

The debt recovery tribunal (DRT), Mumbai, has served an interim relief notice against Essar Shipping Ltd for a default of Rs 17.89 crore on a application filed by IndusInd Bank.

The DRT issued the notice on October 4. Essar Shipping has also been restrained from plying or taking their vehicles outside the territorial jurisdiction of the tribunal.

Incidentally, one of the ships of the company
