The committee set up to look into the issue of regulating investment advice would submit its report to the government by the month- end.
“The committee would submit the report by the end of this month to the government,” D Swarup, head of the committee, who is also an interim pension regulator said.
He added that the consultation paper on the report of the committee would be available in the public domain from tomorrow for feedback.
A seminar to receive feedback from stakeholders including corporate houses, asset management companies, banks and other agents would be organised on September 9.
