Kotak Venture Fund sells 2% in Allsec

Kotak Mahindra Venture Fund has sold 2.04% stake in Allsec Technologies to bring down its holdings in the Chennai-based BPO to 12.06%.

The fund sold 2,44,697 shares in Allsec Technologies between the period May 31, 2005 to July 01, 2005, the company informed the stock exchanges.

Allsec Technologies, which came out with its IPO during April-end this year, had issued 3,141,200 equity shares through the issue at Rs 135 per share.
