Ombudsman Aplenty?

It is a foreign bank working in India for quite a long time. Has excellent business going for it, both in consumer and corporate banking. But the increase in business - particularly car loans, credit cards and ATMs - has been accompanied by an increase in customer complaints. Customers say they get wrongly billed on credit card usage or get rough treatment for failing to pay car loan instalments. Surely damaging for the reputation, so this bank is now planning something unique. It must remain unnamed as of now, but reliable sources say it is planning to appoint an ombudsman to take care of customer complaints. Now this will add one more first to this bank which already has a few to its name. And considering that the RBIs system of banking ombudsman is not heading anywhere, why not let every bank have one of its own?
