R-Capital rejigs team

Reliance Capital (R-Capital) today said Vikrant Gugnani will head its overseas operations. At present, he is the CEO of Reliance Capital Asset Management.

Sundeep Sikka, the present deputy CEO of Reliance Asset Management Company, will take over as the new CEO of the mutual fund arm.

Gugnani will lead the company’s international business initiatives.
