Zurich Fin to deploy Finacle

Zurich Financial Services, one of the leading financial services organisations in Europe, has decided to implement the universal banking solution of Finacle, the banking solutions arm of Infosys Technologies.

The Zurich Banking Business unit is replacing its existing legacy system with Finacle core banking and CRM solutions across its three banking brands "� Zurich Bank, Dunbar Bank and Zurich Bank International, Infosys said in a release.

Zurich Banking is the latest in a series of client wins that Infosys-Finacle has announced recently. In the last 12 months, seven banks across Europe, West Asia and Africa have chosen to replace their legacy platforms with Finacle banking solutions, it added.

Finacle will provide Zurich Banking with a new generation technology platform to enable it to expand its business by attracting new customers and maximising cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing clients.

The platform can also help Zurich Banking to reduce costs through improved process efficiency, reduced duplication and faster time to market for new products, the release added.
