Constitution Day observed in MHA
Secretary (Internal Security) Shri Ashok Prasad read out the Preamble to the Indian Constitution on the 'Constitution Day' i.e. November 26, 2015 to the accompaniment of the Officers and Staff of the Union Ministry of Home Affairs at a function here today. It was on this day in 1949, the Constitution of India was adopted, by the Constituent Assembly.
