Ashish Chauhan appointed BSE CEO

He was working as the interim CEO

BSE, formerly Bombay Stock Stock Exchange, has appointed Ashishkumar Chauhan, currently working as Interim CEO, as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

"A rigorous process was undertaken with the help of Selection Committee made of eminent persons and Egon Zender International, a leading international search firm in the selection process," the bourse said in a release.

Necessary regulatory approval from Securities Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has been received for the same, it added.
