BSE MD CEO Rajnikant Patel resigns

Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today said Rajnikant Patel has resigned from the post of Managing Director and CEO of the bourse.

Patel has tendered his resignation, which has been accepted, BSE said in a press release.

BSE COO Mahesh L Soneji would be looking after the interests of the exchange till a new appointment is made.

A few weeks ago, BSE board members Jamshyd Godrej and S M Dutta had also resigned.
