Copra Rajapur strengthens on rising demand

Copra Rajapur prices rallied further at the spices market here today due to increased demand from stockists and traders amidst limited arrivals.
Meanwhile, copra Alapuzha and copra Kozhikode declined on reduced domestic buying.
Copra Rajapur Mumbai rose by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 6,800 from overnight closing level of Rs 6,700.
However, copra office Alapuzha and copra office Kozhikode both fell by Rs 50 per quintal each to Rs 5,550 and Rs 5,450, as against Rs 5,600 and Rs 5,500 yesterday.
Other spices closed steady in the absence of necessary buying suppot.
