Crude palm oil up 1.24%

Rising spot market demand kept the crude palm higher

Crude palm oil futures gained for the third day by adding Rs 5.60 to Rs 456.40 per 10 kg today.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange, the February contract gained Rs 5.60, or 1.24% to Rs 456.40 per 10 kg in 1,451 lots.

Likewise, the January contract edged up by Rs 4.40, or 0.99% to Rs 447.60 per 10 kg in 1,127 lots.

Experts said rising spot market demand kept the crude palm futures up.
