DCHL promoters pledge 30 mn shares

Promoters of Deccan Chronicle Holdings Ltd (DCHL) on Monday pledged about 30 million shares to New Delhi-based Religare Finvest for an undisclosed sum. The pledged shares account for 14.46 per cent of the promoters’ total shares. The company's scrip fell 9.97 per cent to a record low of Rs 16.70 on the BSE.
