F&O strategies for Maruti Suzuki, Crompton Greaves: Shubham Agarwal

Check out a few F&O strategies from Shubham Agarwal of Motilal Oswal Securities

F&O strategies for Maruti Suzuki, Crompton Greaves: Shubham Agarwal

Shubham Agarwal Mumbai
MARUTI SUZUKI

Option Strategy:  Protected Call Ratio Spread

Buy 1 Lot 4500CE

Sell 2 Lots 4700CE

Buy 1 Lot 5000CE

Target Profit: Rs 3500

Stop Loss: Rs 1500

The stock has been in Long - Long Unwinding Cycle. Attempts of Longs closer to the heaviest Built Put of 4200 indicates there could be up move in the offing. Since we still lack major long evidence as of now, trade shall be taken with Call Ratio Spread (Protected)

CROMPTON GREAVES

Option Strategy:  Long Call

Buy 185 CE SL 1 Tgt 6

Crompton has been in Long-Long Unwinding cycle. Price action above 180 takes the stock above the option indicated hurdle, creating fresh room for the stock on the higher side. Since the move beyond 180 could unfold the momentum, it makes sense to take this trade via Long Call
