Gold eases, silver recovers

Gold prices eased further at the domestic bullion market on Thursday on lower offtake from stockists and jewellers amid bearish global cues. Standard gold (99.5 purity) moved down by Rs 25 per 10 g to close at Rs 28,640 from Wednesday’s close of Rs 28,665. Silver, on the other hand, recovered moderately on the back of good industrial support.
