Gur ends quiet in thin trade

The wholesale gur prices ended on a quiet note in the national capital today following sluggish demand amid restricted supply.

Market analysts said poor local demand against tight supplies mainly kept prices on last levels.  

Following were today's quotations per quintal: 

Chakku Rs 2,750-2,850, pedi Rs 2,900-3,000, Dhayya Rs 3,100-3,200, and Shakkar Rs 3,100-3,200
Muzaffarnagar: Raskat Rs 2,200-2,300, chakku Rs 2,325-2,500 and Khurpa N.T
Muradnagar: Pedi Rs 2,650-2,700 and Dhaya Rs NA
