Gur ends quiet in thin trade

The wholesale jaggery market ended on a quiet note in the national capital today as prices, after moving both ways on alternate small bouts of trading, closed at last levels.
Muzaffarnagar and Muradnagar gur market also closed without any changes on some support.
Market analysts said small buying support and sufficient availability of stocks, largely kept the prices unchanged.
Following were today's quotations per quintal:
Chakku Rs 2,750-2,850, pedi Rs 2,900-3,000, Dhayya Rs 3,100-3,200, and Shakkar Rs 3,100-3,200
Muzaffarnagar: Raskat Rs 2,200-2,250, chakku Rs 2,325-2,500 and Khurpa N.T
Muradnagar: Pedi Rs 2,650-2,700 and Dhaya Rs NA
