Jubilant up 4.6% on JV with US firm

Jubilant Organosys’ shares rose 4.6 per cent to Rs 141 on the announcement that the company’s Bangalore-based subsidiary, Jubilant Biosys, has entered into a drug discovery partnership with BioLeap, USA. The partnership involves providing pre-clinical drug discovery services for multiple therapeutic areas.

The stock hit an intra-day high of Rs 144.45 and a low of Rs 134.40. However, the trading volumes were muted at 12,926 vis-à-vis two-week average of 48,717. The scrip hit a 52-week high of Rs 390.95 on May 9.
