Sensex down 65pts; Bharti, ONGC weak

The Sensex is now down 65 points at 10,801.

ICICI Bank has advanced 1.5% to Rs 555. BHEL and NTPC have spurted over 1% each to Rs 2,175 and Rs 121, respectively.

Wipro has slipped 2.5% to Rs 495. Hero Honda, Larsen & Toubro and Satyam have declined 2% each to Rs 674, Rs 2,195 and Rs 739, respectively.

Bharti Airtel and ONGC have shed 1.7% each to Rs 394 and Rs 1,162, respectively.

TCS, Dr.Reddy's, Reliance, Reliance Communications and Gujarat Ambuja are down over 1% each.

Out of 2,077 stocks traded so far, 1,079 have declined, 928 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
