Sensex ends up 26pts at 14,571

The Sensex opened with a positive gap of 66 points at 14,610. Fresh buying in the market saw the index rally to a high of 14,682. However, profit taking towards the end of the day saw the index slip into negative zone to a low of 14,540 - down 142 points.

The Sensex finally ended with a gain of 26 points at 14,571.
