Sensex up 46pts; Bharti gains 3%

The Sensex is now up 46 points at 10,814.

Bharti Airtel has surged 2.7% to Rs 377. BHEL has gained 2.3% at Rs 1,957, and NTPC has added 2% to Rs 117.

Hindalco, Gujarat Ambuja and ONGC are up 1.5% each.

The market breadth is marginally positive - out of 2,291 stocks traded so far, 1,275 have advanced, 943 have declined and 73 are unchanged.
