Sensex zooms 68pts

The Sensex has advanced 68 points to 8,603.

ONGC is still up 2.7% (Rs 27) at Rs 1,020. Reliance has added Rs 9 to Rs 828. SBI is up Rs 8 at Rs 882.

ITC is now up Rs 3 at Rs 128, and HLL is up Rs 2 at Rs 171.

Wipro has advanced 2.4% (Rs 10) to Rs 427. TCS and Satyam are also trading with gains.

Maruti is still up over 2% (Rs 12) at Rs 591.

Advances are ahead of declines - out of 2,405 scrips traded, 1,276 have moved up, 1,050 have declined and 79 are unchanged.
