Sept Futures Look Up

Nifty futures continued to trade at a premium to the underlying index and added 3.5 lakh shares in open interest positions.

September Nifty futures rose 7.05 points to close at 1416.55, while the NSE S&P CNX Nifty closed at 1409.70.

October Nifty futures surged 7.80 points to settle at 1417.55. Nifty futures saw a trading volume of Rs 2,079.10 crore arising out of 73,784 contracts.
